Australian Bush Flower Essences
Australian Bush Flower Essences are a safe, natural and effective system of health care that work by harmonising your emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. Imbalance occurs first in your spiritual and emotional life and if not resolved at this level it appears in your physical body. By using the essences when symptoms first appear, more serious health concerns can be averted. They are also beneficial in times of crisis or serious illness.
What are Bush Flower Essences?
Australian Bush Flower Essences are prepared by distilling the the most evolved part of a native Australian plant, its flowers. This extraction is then diluted with spring water and preserved with a small ammount of alcohol. The alcohol can be omitted if necessary.
Flower essences have been used for thousands of years across the world including in Australian indigenous culture. They are safe to use in conjunction with any other medicine or therapy and in most cases do not require co-ordinating with meals or exact times.
